Green Glaze
How do I cook fresh green beans, so they remain a little crunchy?
I went to China in a buffet in this way are in a glaze and a little crisis at them, you know how to do?
ASIAN GREEN BEANS Ingredients 1 pounds green beans 1 tablespoon tablespoons sauce Chinese black bean sauce (available in Asian markets) 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce 2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry or rice vinegar 1 1 / 2 c. Tea Other sugar 1 tablespoon garlic 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 2 green onions chopped white part only 1 / 2 teaspoon chili paste or 4-6 small dried red chilies 2 tablespoons peanut oil for frying more if needed 1 teaspoon sesame oil, for frying (can use peanut oil, your preference) Wash and drain the beans with a paper towel. Diagonally cut ends left on the grain. Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Make Heat a wok over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of peanut oil. Drizzle with oil the sides of the wok. Once the oil is heated, add green beans. Sauté for about 10 minutes, or until the color of the skin wrinkles and change and green beans are tender (not soft). Remove the seeds from the wok. At medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp Tea sesame oil. Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic, ginger and onions green. Stir-fry briefly for a few seconds until fragrant. Add the chili paste or dried chili. Add the sauce and beans Stir-fried greens. Mix and serve hot. nfd ♥
