What ceramicc artists have a dynamic personality like Dale Chihuly in glass?
The Toledo, Ohio Art Museum is having an exhibit of Dale Chihuly work. I have tried glass but prefer ceramics
Are there any ceramic artists that have a dynamic personality?
I don't think many people in the world have a dynamic personality like Dale, except maybe in music performers. Aside from the P.R. features of his life/behavior, consider that making a glass piece (which he directs rather than doing since his accident) is a moment by moment dynamic event while clay/ceramics requires a much slower activity pattern if the clay is not to collapse when building it up.
